Fill in the form on this page, or drive in to Al Quoz Industrial Area, Dubai, UAE. If you are coming in, calling first helps us have the right person ready.
What to send us
The more we know, the better the first answer. If you can, send:
- The model and model year.
- What the car is doing, and when it happens.
- A photo of any warning lights on the dashboard.
- A short video if there is a noise or a vibration.
- The mileage, and when it was last serviced.

If the car cannot be driven, tell us and we will arrange recovery. We will confirm the cost with you first.
What happens next
Once we have your details, we reply with questions or a time to bring the car in. For a fault, we inspect and test the car first, then send you a written quote. Nothing is done until you approve it.
If you already have a quote from another workshop, send it too. We can tell you what it covers and what it leaves out.

Before you book
Do I need an appointment?
Not for a first opinion by phone or WhatsApp. For work in the workshop, an appointment lets us keep a bay free for your car.
When do you reply?
We answer calls and messages in opening hours. Messages sent outside those hours are answered when we open.
Can I get a price by message?
For routine jobs, usually yes. For faults, we need to look at the car first. Typical prices are on each service page.
