We repair and service Mercedes-Benz cars from Al Quoz, Dubai. Here is how we work and what you can expect.
Who we are
Mercedes Repair is a workshop at Al Quoz Industrial Area, Dubai, UAE. We work on Mercedes-Benz cars: saloons, SUVs, coupes and AMG models. That is the focus, so the tools, the software and the know-how all point one way.
We are a privately run business. Nobody tells us which parts to fit or what to charge. The advice you get is about your car and your budget.
Cars come in for routine service, warning lights, air suspension, gearbox faults, AC, bodywork and plenty in between. The services page has the full list.
How we work
Look first, quote second
We inspect and test the car before we put a figure on it. A quote written from a guess is not worth much.
Written estimates, your approval
You get the work, the parts and the price in writing. Nothing starts until you say yes. If we find something else, we show you and explain it, and you can say no.
Straight answers
We will tell you what is urgent and what can wait. If the fault is small, we say so. If the repair costs more than the car is worth, we say that too.
What we will and will not do
There are a few things we will not do. We will not start work without your approval. We will not replace parts we have not tested. We will not change mileage or other vehicle records. And we will not quote a final price over the phone for a fault we have not seen.
Here is what we will do.
- Find the cause of the fault before we recommend parts.
- Explain the problem in plain words.
- Give you the price before the work starts.
- Send photos or video of the fault when that helps you decide.

Questions about the workshop
Do you only work on Mercedes-Benz?
Mercedes-Benz cars, including AMG, are the focus of the workshop. If a request is outside that, we will say so instead of guessing.
Are you the dealer, or a dealer-approved workshop?
No. We are an independent workshop with no link to Mercedes-Benz AG or its UAE distributor.
Can I bring my own parts?
Ask us first. Whether we fit parts you bring depends on the part and the job, and we may not be able to give a warranty on them.
How do I get a quote?
Call or WhatsApp us with the model, year and what the car is doing. For anything beyond routine service, we need to see the car first. The contact page has the details.
